- All quotations are made in writing after fitment is confirmed against 3D scan data. A quotation becomes binding only when both parties confirm a proforma invoice.
- Standard lead time is 15–25 working days, made to order. The exact lead time for your configuration is stated on your quotation.
Product and pricing
- Specifications on this site describe standard configurations. Your quotation states the exact material, thickness, options and price for your order.
- Sample orders start from 1 unit. Volume pricing is quoted per order.
Warranty
Products carry a 28-month warranty from the day you sign for delivery: panels, frames and locks are covered; seal strips are wear items and are not covered. The warranty is not transferable. Full details: Shipping & Warranty.
Liability
Our liability for a confirmed order is capped at the value of that order. Specifications and advice on this site are provided in good faith and do not replace the written quotation for your specific configuration.
Governing terms
Confirmed orders are governed by the terms on the proforma invoice and, where applicable, Alibaba Trade Assurance order terms.
