Rack marketing loves a single big number. We publish both because they do different jobs:
- Static 450 kg+ — the parked rating: tent plus people plus gear, stationary.
- Dynamic 250 kg+ — the driving rating: what the rack carries while you move, which is the gatekeeper for anything bolted on top.
If a supplier only quotes one number, ask which one it is and how it was measured.
Built to fit
Racks are specified against the same 3D scan data as our canopies, so platform, canopy and crossbars share one mounting logic. Fitment is confirmed before quoting.
