Why a bed slide

Bed Cargo Slides — Trigallop

Quick Answer: Our bed cargo slides are third-generation units: an aluminium deck — flat or tread-plate face — on a steel base, with a locking pull handle. The deck rolls out to the tailgate so everything in the bed comes to you. Trade terms EXW / FOB / DAP / DDP, 28-month warranty from delivery.

Why a bed slide

Everything in a pickup bed sits a metre deep and an arm's length away. A bed slide carries that load on rollers: pull the handle, and the whole deck rolls out past the tailgate so tools, fridges and camping gear arrive at waist height. No climbing into the bed, no unloading half the truck to reach the one box at the front.

Third-generation build

This is our third-generation slide. The base is steel — the part that takes the shock of rough roads and static loads — and the deck is aluminium, either a flat sheet or a tread-plate face for grip in mud and rain. Dividing the structure this way keeps the weight on the rolling surface down without giving up base rigidity.

Locking pull handle and full extension

The deck locks in the closed position with a pull-handle latch, so cargo stays put on corrugations and slopes. Unlatched, the deck rolls out to full extension past the tailgate; push it back and the latch catches on its own.

Pairing with canopies and covers

The slide sits inside the bed under our canopies, roller covers and hard bed covers the same way a drawer system does. Combined builds — slide plus cover, or slide plus canopy plus roof rack — are quoted together so the heights and clearances are checked against each other before production.

Fitment and quoting

Bed slides are built for the same 23 platforms as our canopies — Hilux, Tundra, F-150, Ranger, BT-50, D-Max, Silverado, RAM 1500, Gladiator, Tacoma, GWM Cannon, LDV T60/T90, JMC Avenue, JAC T8 Pro, Foton Mars, Changan Hunter, Radar RD6, Navara NP300, Isuzu Ruimai, JMC Tiger, Zhongxing Grandtiger, Qingling TAGA and VW Amarok — with bed dimensions confirmed against scan data before any price is sent.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the deck made of?

Aluminium — a flat sheet or a tread-plate face for grip — on a steel base. Steel underneath for rigidity, aluminium on top to keep weight down.

Does the slide lock?

Yes. A locking pull handle latches the deck in the closed position; it releases with one pull and the latch catches again automatically when you push the deck back.

Will it fit under my canopy or roller cover?

Yes — the slide sits inside the bed like a drawer system. Combined builds are quoted together so clearances are checked before production.

Which generation is this?

Third generation. The steel-base / aluminium-deck split and the locking pull handle are the current design.

How is it shipped?

EXW, FOB, DAP or DDP. On DDP we handle customs; door-to-door covers most countries, with Brazil, Mexico, Israel, Iraq, Iran, India and Indonesia quoted EXW only.
