Yes — we cover the Hilux from the 8th generation back through the 7th, in all three cab types. Each is built from that model year's own 3D scan; we don't share tooling across brands or generations.
It depends on cab and market. Double-cab Hilux beds are commonly around 6 ft, but the real number varies by generation and region. Send your model year and market, and we confirm against the scan data before quoting.
Yes. Our aluminium canopies are rated at 150–500 kg static roof load depending on material and thickness, verified by load-test video. Tell us your tent's packed weight and we'll confirm the pairing in writing.
EXW, FOB, DAP or DDP. DAP and DDP deliver door-to-door to most countries — currently excepting Brazil, Mexico, Israel, Iraq, Iran, India and Indonesia, which we quote EXW only — your forwarder collects at our factory. On DDP, customs clearance is our job, not yours.
Different bed rails and cab profiles, so each gets its own scan and its own tooling. If a supplier claims one mould fits both, be skeptical.
