Arrival inspection window
You have 7 days from delivery to inspect your order and report transit damage, missing items or defects. Report by email to zs.uniport@gmail.com with photos or video of the issue.
How claims are resolved
- Transit damage or factory defect: we repair, replace the affected part, or credit/refund the affected items — agreed with you in writing, case by case.
- Missing items: confirmed against the packing list and loading photos, then shipped at our cost.
- Spare parts after warranty: parts remain available for 3 years after a model is discontinued and are quoted per order.
Made-to-order items
Canopies, tonneau covers and drawer systems are made to your truck's dimensions. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order goods; defects are always covered as above.
Platform protection
Orders placed through our Alibaba store can additionally use Alibaba Trade Assurance dispute resolution.
