Built from scan data, not shared moulds
Every platform we sell has its own 3D scan of the bed. The canopy for your Hilux is shaped from the Hilux scan — not from a "universal" mould stretched to fit. If a supplier claims one mould fits everything, be skeptical.

The 500 kg figure is the filmed static test. If a rooftop tent is in your plan, say so when you enquire — thickness choice follows the load.
Standard hardware
Three-side gull-wing doors are standard. Every build includes a high-mounted brake light, anti-theft locks and hydraulic struts. Sliding side windows and tempered glass panels are options; crossbars and roof racks bolt onto the same structure.
Finishing and corrosion protection
Hardware is electroplated then powder-coated. Seals are rated beyond 5 years. Panels are finished in an industrial powder coat; colour options are quoted per order.
Construction: one-piece or separate
We build both. One-piece die-formed shells arrive ready to bolt on and have no adhesive seam to open up — bulkier crate, higher freight. Separate-panel builds ship smaller and cheaper but join the roof to the walls on site and carry an adhesive seam that needs maintenance over the years. We recommend by climate and freight budget, not by margin.

Fitment is confirmed against your model year before any price is sent.
