Quick Answer: Our sport bars are clamp-on roll bars built from aerospace-grade aluminium with fish-scale TIG welds and a powder-coated finish. No drilling — they clamp to the bed rails and stack over our roller covers. Bars stand about 104 cm tall. Trade terms EXW / FOB / DAP / DDP, 28-month warranty from delivery.
What a sport bar is for
A sport bar (roll bar) frames the bed behind the cab: it protects the cab and rear window from shifting cargo, gives you a structural mount for lights and antennas, and changes the look of the truck from work vehicle to weekend rig. Ours are built as real structure, not decorative tube.
Materials and construction
The bar is aerospace-grade aluminium, TIG-welded with visible fish-scale weld beads and finished in an industrial powder coat. Aluminium keeps the bar light — the load it adds to your payload is a fraction of a steel equivalent — and the powder coat plus electroplated hardware carries the same two-barrier corrosion approach as our canopies.
Clamp-on fit — no drilling
The mounts clamp to the factory bed rails. Nothing is drilled into your bed, the bar removes without a trace, and it is designed to stack over our manual and electric roller covers — the cover rail and the bar clamp coexist on the same bed rail.
Height and cab clearance
The bar stands about 104 cm above the bed rail (tape-measured on the workshop floor). At that height it clears the cab roofline on the mid-size and full-size platforms we build for, and keeps the third brake light visible.
Platform-rack variant
The same structure is available with a platform deck and crossbars instead of a single hoop — a half-way point between a sport bar and a full-length platform rack. Ask for the platform variant when you enquire; both share the same clamp-on mounting.
Fitment and quoting
Sport bars are built for the same 23 platforms as our canopies — Hilux, Tundra, F-150, Ranger, BT-50, D-Max, Silverado, RAM 1500, Gladiator, Tacoma, GWM Cannon, LDV T60/T90, JMC Avenue, JAC T8 Pro, Foton Mars, Changan Hunter, Radar RD6, Navara NP300, Isuzu Ruimai, JMC Tiger, Zhongxing Grandtiger, Qingling TAGA and VW Amarok — with bed width confirmed against scan data before any price is sent.
