What we collect
- Inquiry form and messages: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, truck model, product interest and message text. Used solely to prepare and send your quotation.
- Order data: company name, delivery address and invoice details. Used to produce, ship and document your order.
- This website: we do not run advertising or analytics trackers at the time of writing. If measurement tools are added later, this page is updated first.
How we use it
Your data is used to answer inquiries, confirm fitment, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and honour the 28-month warranty. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Sharing
Only the minimum needed to fulfil your order: freight forwarders, customs brokers and couriers receive delivery details. Our Alibaba store operates under Alibaba's own privacy terms when you transact there.
